At Non Profit Power, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, here is our simple return process:

Return Conditions

Time Frame:
You can return any item for a refund within 90 days of receiving your original order.

Condition of Items:
Products must be returned in the same condition you received them. They must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Exclusions:
Please note that certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and personal care items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@nonprofitpower.eu to initiate a return. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization:
    We will review your return request and, if approved, send you a return authorization along with return instructions.

  3. Ship the Product:
    Pack the item securely and include the original receipt or proof of purchase. Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nonprofitpower.eu and follow the return instructions. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
